Project Title: RIAV Consortium – Project to support the management and operation of Regional Clusters<\/p>\n

The Project:<\/p>\n

The goal of the project is to continue to contribute to the development and consolidation of companies in the agribusiness sector by pursuing the trajectories of the Intelligent Specialization Strategy (S3) intersected by the activities of the network. Specifically, our cluster aims, through an intensive program of activities, to strengthen:<\/p>\n

the consolidation of the governance and management of the RIR;
\nnetworking opportunities to foster synergies and new partnerships;
\nthe network’s communication to reach more stakeholders;
\nits own performance through monitoring the actions carried out;
\nthe services offered to partner enterprises;
\nthe training and transfer of new skills;
\ncollaboration with international and national systems;
\ninternationalization.<\/p>\n
