Project Title: RIAV Consortium – Project to support the management and operation of Regional Clusters – Second Edition

The Project:

The initiative aims to strengthen the network, consolidating its activities with the intention of offering valuable services to partners. The project represents a strategic step towards making the network more cohesive, dynamic and results-oriented, acting on various areas of development:

  • enhancing the governance and internal coordination of the RIR;
  • promoting opportunities for discussion and networking to generate new synergies and collaborations;
  • strengthening the network’s communication and positioning towards stakeholders and strategic partners;
  • constantly monitoring activities to improve overall performance;
  • enhancing technological trajectories and innovation linked to the Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3);
  • creating tools for knowledge management and sharing, with the aim of disseminating research results;
  • developing training courses for the transfer of innovative skills;
  • building relationships with other regional, national and international systems.

By strengthening these areas, RIAV aims to become a benchmark for the dissemination of innovation in the agri-food sector, stimulating collaboration between research, businesses and the local area to generate shared and lasting value.

AMOUNT OF SUPPORT REQUESTED: €90,000.00

ALLOWED CONTRIBUTION: €85,500.00
